Red Hot Cookies strain origin
Red Hot Cookies by Sweet Seeds is one of those strains called to become a winner in-between growers looking for the most powerful genetics. In this breeding project Sweet Seeds decided to use a selected cut of Tropicanna Cookies (Girl Scout Cookies x Tangie) to cross it with a selected clone of Tangie, known for its powerful tangie smell. Sweet Seeds team took a step forward using only parentals of the phenotypes with red flowers, what gives to a 60% of the offspring the red flower look. This color appears during last stages of flowering, giving the garden a distinctive color.
Structure of Red Hot Cookies cannabis plants
Red Hot Cookies is a medium-tall sized plant, that suffers the classical stretch from kush genetics when flipped to 12/12, but once it starts to flower she will fill all the spaces with large and dense colas, covered with resin, and a sweet dense taste and flavor, with tones of tangie and mango.
Red Hot Cookies seeds yield and harvest
Red Hot Cookies has a short flowering period of 8 weeks, being ready to harvest in late September outdoors, with yields up to 600 g/m2 indoors, and up to 600 g/plant outdoors. The shape of the flowers reminds Tangie, but with an improved density, and also with higher resin production, what gives a greater return in resin extracts.
