Indoors, Octane Fire starts flowering about 10 days later than changing photoperiod of light to 12/12. Once this adapting process has transcurred, in which plants enlarge their internodal distance to leave space for the large nugs, you'll notice the appearance of the first pistils.

These pistils are a showing that plant has adapted to the new photoperiod of light so the bloom stage is begining. Octane Fire will be ready to harvest in 9 weeks since daylight hours reduction (8 weeks from first pistils appearance).

As we already commented this genetics has a compact structure, light green flowers with large and dense buds OG Kush type, coated with lots of resin.

For its columnar structure and not many side-branching, Octane Fire is suitable for SOG growing indoors. Outdoors it is important to control those bigger buds to avoid mold appearance, specially if you will grow her in humid climates or with high RH. Although you should not worry too much, as Octane Fire will be ready to harvest in late September, before first raindrops of summer end.
