Emerald Harvest Micro is a base nutrient used in a 3-part formula (together with Grow and Bloom). Using 3-part base fertilizers you acquire total control over what and when your plants eat. The 3 compounds base nutrients you get a diet 100% adaptable to the strain genetics and type of growth. Micro, at its certain dose for each grow stage, must be added to nutrient solution during all stages of growth (vegetative stage and bloom stage).

¿What are 3-part nutrients Grow Micro and Bloom?

The fertilizers Grow, Micro and Bloom are a formula that was developed in Holland in the 80's decade, in which a blend of 3 compounds is used to feed plants grown in soil, coco or hydroponics.

The studies show cannabis plants not only consume macro nutrients, but also micro nutrients and other essential elements for a healthy growth like vitamines, amino acids... The 3-part formula Grow, Micro and Bloom takes care of sourcing the solution with all essential elements for a complete feeding, without any need of supplementals.

3-compound fertilizers allow you to dose them so you can adapt the dose to each strain and stage of the growing cycle. This way depending on the stage your plants are in you can change the dose of Grow, Micro and Bloom to solve your plant's needings.

Advantages of 3-part nutrients like Micro from Emerald Harvest

The main advantage of 3 compounds base nutrients is the possibility of adapting the feeding chart to each strain and stage of the growing cycle.

Each one of the 3 compounds (Grow, Micro and Bloom) has a different formula, what allows you to adjust doses of nutrients to each phase of the growing cycle, besides to different strains you might grow in the sam egrowing area..

As a grower you may know that indica genetics precise different nutrient levels than sativa genetics. With Grow, Micro and Bloom you can modify the characteristics of your nutrient solution to the next level (something impossible with 1-part or even with 2-part fertilizers)

Another of the advantages of Grow, Micro and Bloom is the complete formula that includes all macro and micro essential elements for a healthy developement of plants. With these fertilizers you can forget about suffering any lack of nutrients.

Emerald Harvest Micro can be used in any growing medium (soil, coco and hydroponics/aeroponic systems).

How to use and dose Micro Emerald Harvest

Emerald Harvest recommends a dose of Micro between 0,5 and 1,5 ml per liter of water. These doses must be adjusted to each growing phase to avoid any nutrient locking in plants. Keep in mind that adjusting this dose, and also the doses of the other compounds (Grow and Bloom) is the key to get higher yields from your plants.

To prepare the nutrient solution ALWAYS add Micro at first. Once added stir the solution and you can proceed to add Grow and Bloom (in this case no matter which one first). It is important to add Micro first as this formula contains pH balancers that will make your life easier.

Also remember that the ideal pH range once the 3 compounds are mixed in water is between 5,8 and 6,2 (depending on the growing stage plants are in).

You can check Emerald Harvest feeding chart (which you'll find in all product descriptions of this brand).

Emerald Harvest Micro final reviews

In first place we like to say that we positively value Emerald Harvest 3-part nutrients. These type of fertilizers represent one of the most complete nutrient solutions in market. The 3 part nutrients, thanks to a very studied formula, gets plant's best performance without any lack (what not all brands can asure).

Up to this point we explained the good virtues of a 3 part formula, now its fair to tell its negative points. One of the cons in our opinion is the difficulty in use. More than difficult, the problem is that you have to be very concentrated in what you are doing. Being a solution which 3 compounds take part, that must be balanced, if you fail dosing anyone you can cause your plants to suffer.

About product concentration we must say that we consider these products highly concentrated (maximum dose of 1,5 ml/L), so it is important to check EC of your NS before irrigation (specially if you grow hydroponics)

Another key aspect as the results got. After testing the whole line of Emerald Harvest fertilizers and boosters we get a very clear concept. Obviously the best results are got when you combine the base nutrients with all Emerald Harvest stimulators... Althought as a grower you should keep this in mind: The final yields when you only use Grow, Micro and Bloom are better than using the whole line from other well-known brands.

Tu sum up, the results got endorse these professional nutrients that improve results of other well-known brands like Advanced Nutrients (for a much lower price, and being more easy to use).
