Calmag Agent

The quality of your water is a key element for plant's developement indoors and outdoors. Depending on the area you live in it is possible you'll get soft water (EC<0,3), medium (EC<0,6) or hard water (EC>0,6). If the EC of your water is over 0,4 SantYerbasi recommends using a reverse osmosis filter to remove all salts from water (being possible to mix the water got form the RO filter with your starting water to dillute the EC down to 0,4). In cases where the EC of your starting water is over 0,6, the quantity of dissolved minerals, as well as the proportions of each makes a must the use of a RO filter to produce all the water needed to irrigate your plants (as the concentrations of some elemens in water, even being dilluted could be harmful for our plants.

Canna Calmag Agent is a supplement of Calcium and Magnesium is ideal proportions, thought to be added to RO water (or soft water), to get a good quality water, with an EC=0,4.

The best advantages of Calmag Agent are prevent the lack of Calcium and Magnesium, improve nutrient uptake, get stronger plants, improve of flower quality, in addition to less nutrient consumption.

Canna Calmag Agent is a concentrate specially designed to buffer soft water. To get best results it is important to start with a soft water, and then add Calmag Agent until getting an EC=0,4 (in most cases the dose needed will be between 0,5 and 1 ml/L of nutrient solution). Once added Calmag Agent, and mixed properly in water, we should add all other nutrients and additives.

Canna Calmag Agent should be added to water along all stages of growth (growing and flowering stage) until flushing period where it should not be added.
