One of the main advantages of Bluelab Truncheon nutrient meter is that it does not need to be calibrated (thanks to the technology used), what allows grower to be sure that readings will be allways right, without common errors in other digital meters.
Control the conductivity of nutrient solution is an essential step for a healthy developement of plants grown in any medium. If the EC is too low, your plants won't develope its maxium strenght, while if its too high they may suffer from nutrient-lock and dehydratation.
