Homebox was the first grow tent manufacturer for indoor cannabis growth. Ever since Homebox Original brand has developed and revolution the possibilities of growing indoors, in reduced spaces, thanks to multiple sizes available, besides the quality and compounds of their grow tents. Now, after many years producing the best grow tents in market, Homebox introduces their Homebox Ambient+ grow tents, that will substitute some of their traditional sizes, increasing the height between 20 and 40 cm depending on each model.

New Homebox+ grow tent sizes

Grow tents for cannabis growth can be found in many different sizes, but the most commons are the ones with a squared base. Depending on the base dimensions we can find different height option, being the most popular the ones that go from 1,20m height (or 1,60m) up to 2 meters. Now thanks to the appearance of new Homebox+ size, there are even more possibilities of choosing if we prefer the classical height, or take advantage of the new sizes with higher ceilings, that will allow growers to have more air volume inside the grow tent, to increase the possibilities of growing taller strains, or even using 1000w fixtures (in those sizes with 2,20 meters height).

Homebox informs that in the near future, Q60 and Q80 will be substituted by the new Q60+ and Q80+ models, so if your available height is lower than the one offered by the new models we aim you to go and buy quickly the grow tents still in stock before they become out of stock.

Advantages of Ambient+ grow tents

At SantYerbasi we have exposed many times that, growing indoors, one of the limiting factors is usually the height. The height conditions not only the power of the fixtures used, and the type of strain you'll grow, it also affect the air volume inside the grow tent, what derives in environmental conditions (harder to control), so on the temperature and humidity inside the tent.

A clear example (and probably one of the most benefited with this change) is the Q60. Up to date, Homebox Q60, had a size of 60x60x120 cm, but now with the new Homebox Ambient Q60+ the size will be 60x60x160 cm. We say it's the most benefited model because in the old one we could only use 250w HPS fixtures, but now with the new model we can choose to use 400w HOS, LED or even the new LEC CMH fixtures.

Following with the news, Homebox Ambient Q80 (80x80x160) also grows, being the size of the new Homebox Ambient Q80+ of 80x80x180 cm (where we can even use 600w HPS fixtures).

Other models that grow taller are the Q100 (100x100x200), Q120 (120x120x200) and R240 (240x120x200) that will change their names for Q100+, Q120+ and R240+, with sizes of 100x100x220 cm, 120x120x220 cm and 240x120x220 cm. These models will match with many grower's needs, who needed more available height, to use 1000w HPS fixtures (Gavita type) or the new LEC Solux 630w.

In addition to the previously explained advantages, Homebox+ are built with the same characteristics of Homebox Ambient, so a more resistant structure and connectors, improved intakes and airflow, and the new PAR+ reflectivity, besides a nicer outdoor look color (beige).
