United States National Institute for drug abuse comissioned National Research Center to conduct a study evaluating cannabis consume effects. This center will pay 3000$ a week to weed smokers, and studies will take place in 7 different facilities along the nation.
The result from this study will determine if cannabis consumption could or not be used to solve stress problems, and derived forms, while allows weed smokers to continue with their normal journeys.
"This is the first of many studies, that will finally show the answer to the old affirmation that pot smokers are lazy people" tells us the study leader Michael Gregory.
"This is an exciting study that could push marijuana legalization across the 50 state members".
For this study, it will be required to stay in a facility for 6 months (making it impossible for many, if not for majority), while they do some daily activities like cleaning, watch television and reading, consuming cannabis. During this time, recruiteds will be evaluated by medical stuff.
Scientifics hope to recruit more than 300 persons before begining the study, recruiteds that will earn a wage of 3000$ weekly for weed smokers while participate in the study.
In this moment NRC is not accepting new applicants for those who want to take part in the study, even though it will change in the near future. We will update information in this post as soon as they do it.
